Each 1kg tub contains 16 servings of 58 grams of carbs, or 24 servings if you prefer to dilute your mix to 39g of carbs per 500ml. On the flip side, you may choose to bump your intake over 58g/hr with additional (19g per scoop) fuel when racing. Fly little bird!
